There are no re-stocking fees; you only need to pay for the return shipping. For items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact that store for their return or exchange policy.
Damaged in transit items:
We take every precaution in preparing our products for shipping. We all know damages in transit can occur.
If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please do not accept it. Have the carrier return due to damage. Contact our customer service at 1-888-253-0286 with your order number and we will replace and reship the damaged product. If available please secure the tracking information on the package as that will be helpful for us to file a damage claim with the carrier.
